Pagan Packs Advertising Terms of Service

You must agree to these terms in order to advertise with Pagan Packs.

All sites submitted are subject to review prior to being placed on this site. We also reserve the right to remove any website that has already been posted should there be circumstances that we deem warrant it.

No porn, slander, hate, or discrimination sites will be approved. p>

The business and/or site that you submit must be owned and operated by you. Direct sales companies are accepted as your own business however only one representative from each company will be accepted on a first come/first serve basis.

Due to the limited amount of advertising space we only allow first time advertisers to purchase up to one year in advance. They will be eligible to purchase in three month increments after that if there is available advertising space. The only exception to this is the bottom banner sponsor. This spot can only be purchased for a maximum three month increment.

Advertisers will be notified no later than 20 days before their ad expiration date as to the status of their preferred spot. If there are no advertisers on the waiting list for that particular space, renewal payment is due no later than 5 days before expiration. Failure to re-new may result in loss of preferred space.

We do maintain a first come/ first serve waiting list for banners and sponsors. Advertisers will be notified should the area they specify be full and when they can expect to be placed. Payment in full must be completed before placement on the waiting list. This is non-refundable.

Advertisers are expected to follow good business ethics. Should we find that an advertiser is involved in what we consider to be bad business practice their ad will be removed. No exceptions and no refunds. Please act professionally.

We reserve the right to add, change, modify or remove our terms of service, advertising pricing or site at anytime without notification.

There are no refunds on any of our services, no exceptions.
