~ Pagan Packs Vendor Agreement For Online Faires ~

~*~ This agreement is designed to make our faires prosperous, impartial and enjoyable for all our vendors. Please make sure you are familiar with them before registering. ~*~

Vendors must own their business. Direct sales companies are accepted as your own business. However, only one representative from any direct sales company will be accepted on a first come/ first serve basis.

You must have a family friendly business. At least in our opinion it must be family friendly.

All Vendors are EXPECTED to be respectful of other Vendors and you must sell ONLY what you registered to sell. Vendors CANNOT appoint a substitute and only one representative per business is allowed to sign up for each faire. In order to support our registered vendors, anyone found advertising their (or another’s) business or wares without registering for that business will be booted from the faire and may be banned from future faires.

Vendor presentation spots are reserved at the time of your registration and will not be changed or substituted after the faire has started. Presentation spots may be changed up to two days before the faire via e-mail and only for an open time spot. If for some reason you cannot make your scheduled presentation spot you will forfeit it.

All Vendors are required to donate a minimum $5.00 prize to the “Broom Closet”. This prize can consist of a gift certificate or a product that is valued at least $5.00 retail value before shipping and taxes. Winners should NOT have to purchase anything to claim their prize. You, the vendor, are responsible for making sure that the prize makes it to the winner. If the prize doesn't make it to winner by the next vendor faire then you may be banned from that faire and possible future ones forfeiting all pre-paid registration. You are required to donate one (1) prize for each vendor spot you reserve.

Pagan Packs is not responsible for transactions that occur between the shopper and vendor and vice versa.

Pagan Packs does not guarantee you will have sales at our events. Remember that the more you advertise the more guests will show up and that increases the chances of you having a sale or gaining a future customer.

Pagan Packs has a ZERO TOLERANCE Spam policy! If you are caught spamming customers or people in general and they report you to us, you will be banned from all Pagan Packs groups and events. No one likes Spam, please don't Spam unsuspecting folks. While we fully support promoting and advertising our faires and the vendors participating, please do so respectfully and in places it is allowed.

We do not offer refunds so be sure you really can participate in a faire you are registered for!

Pagan Packs does screen potential vendors!

Pagan Packs reserves the right to revoke any vendor/vendors that do not adhere to the terms and conditions as set fourth.

Pagan Packs reserves the right to modify these agreement terms at anytime.
