What is your primary line of business: Wiccan and Pagan supplies and gifts.

What can you offer customers that others cannot? Or how can you add value to your customers’ orders? Every item in the store is priced below retail. I offer free gifts with every order at least 4 times a year plus facebook and newsletter specials frequently.

When/How did you get started? Tell us a bit about your history. The idea of Strega’s Lair was born in 2002 when I was running Wiccan/Pagan auctions and it seemed as if the other retailers were more expensive than they needed to be. I wanted to run Strega’s Lair differently; to be able to appeal to both low-income and middle-class people alike. The philosophy behind my selling practices is very simple – I’m not looking to be rich; what I do want is for Witches/Pagans that don’t have a lot of money to be able to buy what they need at a reasonable price.

Do you have any upcoming plans or exciting things coming up in the future of your business? Beginning April 4, 2012 I will be celebrating my 9^th year in business with a sale on everything in the store (this excludes Grab Bags since they are already discounted).

Is there anything else you’d like to add? I strive for excellent customer service. My customers are my most important priority. I usually ship within 3 days of receiving an order and I write a “thank you” on every order because every order is equally important.
